This group is primarily charged with identifying organizational partners, assisting with the management of organizational relationships, and building the multi-organizational partner network.

Responsibilities Include:

-Monitoring activities of related organizations and building synergies with them

-Identifying in-kind support and funding support through the development of proposals with non-industry and industry sponsors

-Advising on and assisting with coordination of outreach through various channels, which include the ACC state chapters, Board of Governors, NCDR, and IHI nodes

-Developing a program to hold the gains achieved by H2H
